Senior Advisor, Planning and Delivery

Rachel has over 26 years of experience as a Town Planner, spanning local government, private consulting, and development delivery. She began her planning career in Local Government, spending sixteen years across the rapidly growing Western Sydney Councils of Liverpool and Blacktown along Wollongong Council where she contributed to the revitalisation of the city centre.

Since 2015, Rachel has worked in the private sector, providing planning consultancy and development delivery services across both urban environments and the rural and regional areas of Australia. Her project experience extends across multiple states, reflecting a diverse and adaptable planning background.

Rachel’s professional expertise has been formally recognised by the NSW Department of Planning through her appointment as an Independent Expert on Local Planning Panels — a role she has held since their compulsory inception in 2018.
